Doll Reversible Sundress and Diapers
Sienna recently inherited a doll stroller (loves!) and a naked cabbage patch doll. So, the other day when I asked myself (outloud) what I could be doing to be productive, I found some free baby doll clothes patterns and I whipped up some clothes for it.
Reversible sun dress (free doll clothes pattern)
Doll diaper pattern (used previously)
Both patterns are super easy.
Cut 2 on fold. Sew right sides together. Turn. Press. Top stitch. Add velcro. Done.

1-2-3: Disney
We are back at Disneyland! I think these 1-2-3 pics say a lot about each of my kids.
Dinosaurs, Angry Birds and Disney... Maggie's favorite things all in one place.
Anyone who's ever met Dalton... particularly strangers.... know this behavior. He is beginning to go beyond friendly and adorable into annoying. We need to work on that.
This picture is hilarious. Sienna isn't the least bit afraid of the characters, even this fairly freaky-looking one. She does love the Monster's shows though.

Kid-Free Adventures of Beep
With Margaret and Dalton at camp last week, Sienna had me all to herself! Here's what she did.
Took a 5 hour nap.
Played at the park with Mommy.
Her friend came over - twice - and discovered Maggie's allowance when he was supposed to be napping.
"Mom! Stop taking pictures and help me get blankies!"
Fought over sand buckets with her friend.
Cheese!
Got a "new" doll stroller and nakey baby.
Ran errands at Costco (and a bunch of other places - shopping with just one kid is not really that much easier when she is the one kid).
Tried the stroller out herself.
Got blankies stuck again.
DJ/Accountant/Nose Picker vibe.
That's better!

Hair Donation
Had my hair cut off this week, 11 inches to donate. I won't mention how many selfies I sent to Rachel trying to figure out how to style short hair with layers, but I'm looking forward to a summer with short hair. It's a drastic change for a lot of people, but I don't feel strange at all.
Here's a better "after" picture from our boat ride.

Newport Bay Boat Ride
For his birthday, John wanted to rent a boat and drive around Newport Bay. So that's what we did! It was a fun little 1 1/2 hour cruise. John prepared awesome snacks and some fun games for the kids, so they were well entertained.
Sienna spent half an hour taking pieces of ice out of the bucket, giving them a lick, then throwing them into the water.
I love this series of pictures showing how difficult driving a boat (and most everything else) is with Sienna around.
