1, 2, 3 Little Photobombers

I took a selfie with sleeping Arthur at Downtown Disney yesterday, and I kept getting photobombed.

Natural History Museum

(We didn't go to Disneyland today.)

I went with a friend to the Natural History Museum, since it was a free day, and mostly for nostalgia.  Dalton was coughing incessantly, so he came with us, instead of going to school.

Birthday Girl

I turned 35 on Sunday.  Whee.

I celebrated with a girls night at Disneyland, which was super fun.

And we were back bright and early the next day. My shoes were still wet from Splash Mountain.

On Sunday, John made dinner and we had a relaxing afternoon.

Sienna and Nick Wilde

This week's weekday Disney date... We tried to go Wednesday but the car wouldn't start.  So we went Friday instead which happened to be the first day of Halloweentime.  We explored the Disneyland Railroad.

And, Sienna met Nick Wilde, in her costume! 

We saw some other friends too.  Arthur learned how to wave this week.  Now, 30% more cuteness FREE!

Disney Mom

I don't have a picture of me pushing the stroller one-handed through Disneyland, but I think these two sum up my life pretty well these days.  And I love it.

Oh wait, I guess that's me pushing the stroller one-handed.  Hah.

Floral Skirt for Me

I made a skirt to wear with my Halloween costume. I just grabbed whatever fabric seemed like it would work for the costume and used this skirt tutorial to make a gathered skirt with a waistband.  It was simple, and pretty quick, considering my machine is in the shop and I was using someone else's.  I've done enough gathering and blind hemming that I was able to mostly whip it out.

And, my kids are cute. I think I only made one of them cry while getting ready for church!

It's Halloweentime!

All Sienna wanted to do on Saturday was see Jack and Sally.  Done.

First character to make Arthur cry! For like, a second.

All Dalton wanted to do was spend his money on a treat.

Sienna Duck

After Donald Duck grumped at her Mickey shirt, she decided to wear her duck bill and see him again.  Of course, he was a bit confused by the Minnie dress she wore with it. I just love that she wore this for hour, carrying her Cinderella lunch box around.

runDisney Kids

We ended up doing the runDisney kids race last minute. They had a great time.  Dalton ran the whole way with his Mickey ears, holding John's hand.
