Them and Us

John took the kids to Disneyland this morning and sent me this adorable picture.

This is us on the home front. I'm ok with that.

Sienna has some serious newborn talent for holding on to the pacifier.

We made a bonus pre-baby trip to Disneyland on Friday to enjoy the Christmastime decorations.  We got to see the parade.

And now that it's dark before 5:00, enjoy all the lights etc.

My handsome hubby in his Christmas sweater shirt.

Maggie was pretty annoyed that the sword wouldn't come out.

Dear Santa

We cut through Macy's the other day and found a write-a-letter-to-Santa display.  Maggie wants a scooter. We asked if there was anything else, but since the answer is no, we're not going to push it.

Disney Days

Here are some Disney pics from the past week or so. We went four times!

Today we went to California Adventure and enjoyed the Christmas decorations.

Both kids wanted to sit on daddy's lap on the tram.

Dalton got to "drive" the riverboat, and blow the whistle.  This is his "don't smile!" smile, which is much better than his "say cheese!" smile.

Fall Walk

We have 1:00 church now.  It started the same day as Daylight Savings, which made for an extremely long morning.  So we went for a walk!  It was actually kind of autumnal. Except it was super hot and though the trees were losing leaves, it wasn't pretty leaf-changing.

Halloween 2012

Here are a few more pictures of our family Halloween festivities this year. 

We eventually carved pumpkins.

Apparently, it wasn't much fun.

Dalton wore his scary teeth to the grocery store.  They don't quite fit in his mouth, so he was drooling the whole time, making him extra scary.

I took the kids to a stake Primary activity to do a Halloween costume parade at a nursing home.  They sang The Wiseman and the Foolish Man and I am a Child of God.

Here are some shots of their final costumes in action.  Maggie was a mermaid and Dalton was Dash from The Incredibles.  They both really loved their costumes, and that's good enough for me!
