Dilley Greenbelt Preserve (Laguna Coast Wilderness)

John found this after church one Sunday.

We went again the Saturday before Easter as a family.

We started from the James Dilley Preserve parking lot, just north of the 73.  We took the Canyon Trail and walked until it started going uphill.

1-2-3: Easter Eggs

Egg hunting on "bunny Easter" Saturday morning.

WAHM: From the Desk of...

Just a moment of me working at home. Dalton climbed on my lap and usurped the computer to send a message to daddy ("dajton for ddy imiss you"). Sienna was playing with the recycling under the desk, then stood up and bonked her head.

Sometimes I see my reflection in my phone and then try to take a picture with the reverse camera. It usually doesn't turn out, but this one is ok. My cute boy is concentrating hard on his message.

Here's a sweet one of Sienna, who was so proud of herself for bringing me a fruitie from the pantry.  Breakfast time!

Benevolence

We believe in being honest, true, chaste, benevolent, virtuous and in doing good to all men. Indeed, we may say that we follow the admonition of Paul: We believe all things, we hope all things, we have endured many things and hope to be able to endure all things. If there is anything virtuous, lovely, or of good report, or praiseworthy, we seek after these things.

Both of the kids passed off the 13th Article of Faith (my favorite Article of Faith) in Primary today. I'm very proud of them for learning this. Maggie has now passed them all off, and Dalton only has three more!

1-2-3: Baseball and Cousins

Maggie, Sienna and I had dinner on Friday with Aunt Pat, Shannon and Leah.

Dalton went to an Angels game with John, and (other than throwing up in the car) was COMPLETELY adorable.
