We had a few people over for dry ice root beer and donuts before trick or treating

 

Dalton Turns 12

For his birthday, Dalton asked for - bandanas for his current hairstyle, chocolate covered strawberry cheesecake, and an outing with the Adams - we settled on an Escape Room.

Oogie Boogie Bash with Aladdin Theme

We loved going to California Adventure for the Disney Halloween party again this year.  We did an Aladdin family theme and it was great.

 

Parasailing

 We gave Maggie and Dalton both parasailing outings for their birthdays, but it never happened (thanks, pandemic).  Finally, for my birthday, John surprised me, and we went in Newport Beach.  It was amazing and not at all scary.

  I also got surprised with a paddeboard for my birthday, from my siblings.

Duffy Boat and Water Park with Friends

For Labor Day, we rented a duffy boat, packed a fancy brunch and a bunch of games and headed out around Newport harbor.

We also closed out the last weekend of the water park with our friends.
