Summer Fun

Here are some pictures of the fun we've been having in the sun lately. Maggie is obsessed with dandelions and sometimes insists on pulling her car over to pick them. The picture without Maggie in it was going to be a picture of her, but she toppled over at just the right moment. I thought it was so funny I'm putting it up anyway.

Thank You Video

I've been looking everywhere for a ride-on toy for Maggie. All I could find these days was crappy, annoying, electronic ones for $25-50. I just wanted a plain one with a beep beep horn! We finally drove up to Toys R Us yesterday and found one with a little horn, some manual toys and no batteries. It was less than $20 and even came with a free toy (electronic) radio.
I took a little video to share, because this is actually a present bought with birthday money from Uncle Leonard and Aunt Sumana. Thank you! She loves it.

Maggie Sue Who

Maggie had a little ponytail today. Tyler said, "Hey, she looks like Cindy Lou!" I think she's pretty darn cute. I should mention that Tyler doesn't really like Maggie, so it's a compliment that he even acknowledged her.

My Little Rocking Chair

We have a little wooden rocking chair from when I was a child. Maggie loves to sit in it to watch her show, or to read books. Here she is reading a book she got for her birthday.And here she is climbing into the chair by herself and rocking out.

Come Play With Me

Maggie got her birthday present from her Aunt Rachel today. It is a really cute alligator that wobbles on wheels. Maggie just started playing with her car on the floor, rolling it around, so this is a great gift for her at this age. She totally loves it. You can't tell from the video of course. Nothing compares with the camera, but this comes close.

Turn Your Sound Off

unless you want to hear me singing. I tired unsuccessfully video Maggie clapping to If You're Happy and You Know It, but apparently she can't do this while on camera. This little video was so cute I had to post it anyway.


Maggie loves her new Wiggles DVDs and is so cute dancing to them. This video doesn't do it justice.
