Family Ghost Rock Hike

For one of our December activities, we took the kids hiking.  They did the entire Ghost Rock loop (Laurel Canyon in Laguna Coast Wilderness).  We were so impressed.

 

Snowshoeing and Tubing

On our latest Utah trip, we were able to have a little more fun.  We did tubing at Soldier Hollow with the whole family.

Took Dalton snowshoeing at Solitude.

And we went to a drive through light display with Grandma, and a quick, freezing stop at Draper park.

 

December Christmas Fun

John planned Christmas activities for every day in the month of December.  Movie nights, activities, and lots and lots of treats. Obviously we did a lot of these with our friend bubble.

We sang and recorded a couple Christmas songs for the ward program.

John has started making these chocolate cookies with different toppings and they're delicious.

Trip to the Spectrum.  We did a candy cane scavenger hunt and had macarons and got caught in the rain

Sienna's Baptism

Sienna was baptized in our Bishop's hot tub on a chilly December morning, with just a couple friends in attendance.  A pandemic baptism to remember. 

Nativity

 We did a nativity reenactment with our friends, and it turned out so simple, sweet, and adorable.

Downtown Disney

We finally made it to Downtown Disney.  The holiday decor was a little disappointing, but we had a good time ate some treats and yummy food, and came home with some fun Disney masks. Miss Disneylad, and this wasn't the same.
